Rahul leads the Genwi team, bringing a wealth of experience from industry leading technology companies.
Before joining GENWI, Rahul was Vice President of Server Technology at Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for Enterprise 2.0 and Portal platform that included several industry-leading products such as Oracle WebCenter, WebLogic Portal, WebCenter Interaction and Oracle Portal. Prior to Oracle, he was responsible for data integration and XML/XQuery technology development for BEA Systems & held senior level positions at other Enterprise Software companies including Sun Microsystems, Sybase, and Versata. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
Shannon is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Genwi solutions. She joins with over 15 years of experience at high-growth, B2B startups. Prior to joining Genwi, Shannon led demand generation at Ensighten, helping the company acquire Fortune 500 customers and achieve significant revenue growth. Shannon has over 15 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and channels at software and high-growth B2B startups including Kony Solutions, Ensighten, MicroFocus and Legato Systems. Shannon holds a B.S. in public relations from San Jose State University.
Rajesh leads the sales team at Genwi. He brings with him a wealth of product and market knowledge having worked in content management, mobile, and gamification software and solutions for more than 10 years. Prior to Genwi, Raj was senior sales leader at Luma Technologies, a SaaS multi-channel marketing solutions provider (acquired by Bynder). During his tenure at Luma, Rajesh was instrumental in strategy development, launch, and subsequent growth of both NA direct and indirect revenue. Prior to Luma, Rajesh was head of NA Sales for Northbound DGS, a management consulting and marketing technology/services organization, where he bootstrapped and developed a $10M yearly business.
Rajesh has also served senior management roles on the Advisory Board of Sensible Software and Spark Fund, and most recently was invited by a leading Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur and former head of Services for Cisco Systems to provide strategic consulting in the launch of a gamification startup.
Ved oversees technology and engineering developments at Genwi. Ved brings a unique blend of product architecture, engineering process and release management skills along with team building and mentoring skills. He is passionate about building great products which solve complex problems and provide real value to the customers.
Before joining Genwi, Ved was Director at Oracle’s India Development Center where he was responsible for Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Portal products’ development. Prior to Oracle, Ved was a senior software engineer at Tata Technologies. He holds a Masters in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Paul joins Genwi from Quark Software where he helped lead the mobile strategy, following Quark’s acquisition of Mobile IQ. As co-founder of Mobile IQ, Paul took the award winning PressRun product to market, where it helped a wide range of publishers create interactive issue-based publications. Key accounts included Time Inc., The New England Journal of Medicine, Advance Digital, Digitas and Wiley.
Paul’s experience in mobile started in 2000 having held a variety of roles in key companies in the industry. These include Argogroup – a mobile service test and measurement company, Volantis – the mobile service delivery platform vendor, BitFlash – leaders in SVG tiny and SVG basic for mobile and Everypath – a web to mobile transcoding company.
